During your onboarding meeting, you provide us with the account access and context we need to completely take over your books. You’ll receive access to your secure client portal, instructions for how to use our “Ask an expert” feature and then your financial reports will hit your inbox every month.

We exclusively use Quickbooks Online. If you don’t, we’ll help you get set up! Whether you’re handling your books yourself in Excel, or working with a bookkeeper on another platform, we’ll get you up and running

Taxes are not included in this service, though we will provide tax ready books for filing. Our tax services start at $350/month plus filing fees, and are typically best suited for businesses generating $350K+ annually and/or with $50K or more in annual net profit
