Business transactions recorded weekly
Business accounts reconciled monthly
Financial reports prepared (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement) monthly
Walk through of financials recorded and shared monthly
Timely bi-weekly or monthly payroll run for employees and contractors, as per pre-determined schedule agreed upon by client and PFF
Support for onboarding new employees and contractors via Gusto
Annual 1099 end of year filings prepared by January 31st
Monthly meeting with Financial Consultant
Consult regarding: cash position, forecasted cash, profitability
Written documentation and/or mtgs re quarterly estimated tax payments, how and when to make those payments
